Delineed does not guarantee the functions of the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that this site or its server will be free of viruses or other harmful components or defects will be corrected even if Delineed is aware of them.
Account & Registration Obligations:
Delineed collects your personal details, such as your name, phone number, address, postal code, and demographic profile (age, gender, or occupation) as part of our registration system and for processing your online order.
It’s mandatory for all shoppers to register and login for placing orders on the site. You have to keep your account and registration details current and correct for communications related to your purchases from the site. Pricing
All the products listed on the Site will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis. Some of the commodities and fresh food prices do change on a daily basis. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery, not additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order. Price of the product can be changed anytime without prior notice as per the offers
Home Delivery
Minimum order amount for Home Delivery is INR 500. Delineed reserves the right to change the minimum amount without any prior notification. Products will be delivered within 36 hours of ordering. If any product goes out of stock, the customer will be informed and he will not be charged for the missing product.
Coupons and promo codes
Promo code and coupons can be changed anytime without any notices. From time to time, the Company may at its discretion offer a user promotional codes or coupons entitling you to encash the applicable value of such codes/coupons against purchases made on the Delineed.
Promo codes can be used twice per month.
Offers
Offers can be introduced anytime any day. Delineed reserves the right to change the price of products from time to time during the offer period.
Point back
Pointback is a supercash point earned on applying promo codes during the purchase of products.
- 1 point is equivalent to 1 INR which can be used on purchase.
- Pointback will be reflected within 48 hours of delivering the order.
- Pointback will be given as per promo code it can be RS 50 to RS 500 as per the offer.
- Pointback will be expired after the 30 days from the last order.
- No pointback shall be available for orders which are canceled.
Applicable law
The laws of India shall apply and courts in Howrah shall have jurisdiction in respect of all the terms, conditions and disclaimers. Delineed reserves the right to make changes to the website and the terms, conditions, and disclaimers at any time and without information to the customers/users of the services/website of delineed.com.
